Burgoyne heads to Bucharest

9HM are delighted to confirm that client Mike Burgoyne has signed for Steaua Bucharest of the Hungarian/Romanian Interliga.
The 31-year-old defenceman heads to Romania having spent last season with HYS Den Haag of the Dutch Eredivise where he won a league championship.
Prior to playing in Holland, Burgoyne played for the Belfast Giants in the British Elite League and a number of teams in the CHL and UHL.
